  • A walk-through of venue with detailed floor plan for reception
  • Attendance at rehearsal practice
  • Set up and breakdown of both ceremony and reception, up to 10 hours
  • Unlimited communication between coordinator and couple
  • Detailed timeline of event that will be sent to all vendors
