Half Planning Package

The Half Wedding planning package starts at $1,750. Depending on the venue, location, and if there are multiple locations involved, as well as your guest count and the complexity of your event, the price may increase from there.

Help with finding desired vendors
Help with budget analysis
A walk-through of venue with detailed floor plan for reception
Set up and breakdown of both ceremony and reception up to 10 hours on site
Unlimited communication between coordinator and couple
All personal decor and belongings transported to and from the venue by the coordinator
Detailed timeline of event that will be sent to all vendors

"Vicki was truly a lifesaver when it came to planning our wedding. We were very cost conscious as an expensive wedding was not in the cards for us. Vicki managed to find vendors that were able to provide high quality services within our budget. She also took the time to get to know us as a couple and really incorporated that into our day.
